‘Vermoid Arachnoid’ was, is or will be? the ‘Chief Spiderwyrm’ of the ‘Arachnoverms’. The ‘Arachnoverms’ are inhabitants of the ‘Synaptic Corridors’, which are, according to the ‘Theistic Colonies of Vermia’, the moral guardians of the ‘Numbered Synapses’, dealing expeditiously and inexorably with any beings that treat the energy tunnels with any level of disrespect. This is widely disputed by the ‘Scientific Colonies of Vermia’, which claim that these ‘Spiderwyrms’ are merely acting on instinct and are the natural police, so to speak, of the ‘Dynamines’ due to the fact that they require the consumption of unspoiled ‘Synaptic Energy’ in order to survive.
‘The Dracovermians’ have been known to draw out, enslave and train ‘Spiderwyrms’ for war purposes, etc., by harnessing their essential ‘Synaptic Energy’ via the use of recently developed ‘Synaptic Power Xysters’ or ‘S.P.X.’ in hit and run missions, then capturing the advancing creatures with ‘Vermic Laser Mesh’ or ‘V.L.M.’ to be exported to ‘Dracovermian Conditioning Units’ or ‘D.C.U.’ where they are rewarded for obedience with said stolen energy. The ‘Arachnoverms’ are left with no choice but to obey, as without the energy they will die within days of being starved of it and no alternative action exists, as once removed from their ‘Synaptic Habitat’ they have no way of tracking back to the tunnels due to non-possession of any homing senses in their primitive brain mass. ‘Synaptic Power Xysters’ are crudely termed ‘Poxys’ by the ‘Dracobots’ and not always used for their exact purpose! That is, desouling the bodies, for entertainment, of anything unfortunate enough to cross their path; these actions are greatly frowned upon by the ‘Vermite Command’ as on numerous occasions, due to improper usage leading to harness jamming, offending ‘Dracobots’ have often found the deformed corpses of their self-destructed ‘Wymrades’ in a paralyzed state of ‘Reverse Desoulment!’
